As I sat, utterly bored, on the couch this week waiting out the whooping cough, I had plenty of time to watch coverage of the presidential race head down one rabbit hole after another. It seems that whatever journey we’re on–health-wise, career-wise–we’ve no choice but to anticipate and ride out the inevitable ebbs and flows.
